LSFT Large-Scale Fire Testing - Description of Testing Capabilities

Project

Test capability description

Overview

Dual testing stations, with a single testing area measuring 20m*12m, and a smoke collection hood with dimensions of 12m*12m. Equipped with a 20W high-efficiency exhaust gas treatment system

Test Basis

UL9540A Appendix C:Large - Scale Fire Test

Sample Size

10-foot, 20-foot, 40-foot energy storage cabin

Heat release rate measurement capability

Stable at 20MW, with a peak of 28MW

Test data is available

HRR, temperature, voltage, heat flow, cabin pressure, gas composition (cabin/combustion flue gas), video (standard HD/infrared/high-speed/drone), environmental parameters, etc

Safeguard measures

Efficient flue gas treatment device, vegetation and combustible control in testing area, various safety protection measures
